This is the only toy store we've found so far which we could order from using a text browser. The navigation was simple and the process quite easy. Most of the products we looked at had a very good description of the product.

While not quite compliant we've still given this site a rare double rating because there are other things on this site that more than make up for the odd missing alt tag. For starters the descriptions for the products are very good and not the usual couple of liners you expect from most online stores. Secondly the navigation was simple and uncluttered even in our text only reader which is very rare because most sites stuff alt tags with so much bloat it makes the sites harder to navigate. Thirdly the ordering process was very simple and easy.
This site has everything in the right place without over doing it and enough details on the products to please most people. Good job!

This is another site where the add to basket button doesn't have any alt text so we couldn't order using our text browser. Everything else about the site was excellent and we found navigation really good. Just a shame we couldn't actually order anything from a text browser.

This is another site where the add to basket button doesn't have any alt text so we couldn't order using our text browser. Quite a number of images do not have alt tags including the buttons at the top of the page but thankfully there are text hyperlinks at the bottom of the page we could use. The descriptions of the products we tried to buy were very detailed which we like.

The links at the top of the page were missing alt tags but the main navigation side of the site could still be accessed. At time of writing we were having trouble exploring the site due to java problems on their site and our browser (we hate java by the way!)
