We did expect to see huge user friendliness on this web site and we wasn't disappointed. The BBC has been at the forefront of disabled accessibility for many years and this is another feather in their cap. We have awarded it a double rating.

There were a very few missing alt tags on this site and would you believe the check out buttons have no alt tags. In our text reader we couldn't go past adding the item to our basket. We also found navigation quite hard because of the amount of information on each page. But they do offer a huge amount of items for sale so we did expect this. On the products pages their more info link didn't really supply any further information which we found useful

In our text reader we couldn't navigate past the first page. All images on the first page had no alt tags so we didn't feel the need to proceed any further as we think we got all the information about their disabled accessibility we needed from the first page. Poor show.
