For the disabled person we found the lack of links at the top of the page annoying because you have to read all the text until it links to the section you need. The other problem is when you click on "add to basket" it opens up a pop up window which you then have to click on again to "add to order". A silly way of ordering in our opinion and might make life difficult for the disabled surfer.
