They are missing alt tags on images and once ordering I couldn't find a checkout option in a text only browser. Sadly we couldn't find a way to place an order using the type of software a disabled person would use.

This is the only book site we found which we could easily navigate and order from the site. Their navigation images have no alt tags but they do have standard hyperlinks on the pages as well so you can still navigate around.

There are some images with no alt tags. If you wish to order from the "description" page you can't, the order button has no alt tag but if you go back a page you can still order it from the brief description of the title. So close and yet not quite close enough for our D.A.D rating.

The site has alt text for every image we could find except for the most important, the "add to basket" button. We couldn't believe they got it so right for everything else but failed right at the last hurdle. A big pity!
