eBay.co.uk is the largest online market place and is now the number one e-commerce site in the UK (Nielsen NetRatings May 2003). On any given day there are millions of items for sale on the site across thousands of diverse categories including antiques toys books computers sports photography and electronics amongst many others

Ebay is obviously a very large online presence with hundreds of thousands of pages. We found some images had no alt tags and the pages contained huge amounts of information. Although the information made each page so large we found the navigation fairly easy and the best thing about ebay are the descriptions for each item up for auction. Overall we found bidding quite easy but page content a bit too large. It just gets our thumbs up.

There are quite a lot of IMG tags to be found in a text browser. We found the navigation quite easy but we couldn't test the bidding at the time of writing.
